Quality Assurance
UGS GmbH has had a certified quality assurance system continuously in place since November 1996, in accordance with the ISO 9001 standard.
This quality assurance system is documented in a management manual which is equally binding for all employees and specific to UGS. This manual is regularly updated and used as the basis for audits and certifications.
The quality of supplies and services through subcontractors is regulated through the management manual and the general UGS GmbH supply and service conditions – from selecting and ordering right through to installation on the construction site.
The quality management manual also contains regulations for the proper handling of equipment and products made available by contracting clients.
