UGS as an employer
As an employer, we are aware of our responsibility towards the people who work for us. We are proud of our company-based tariff agreement with its many facets, which was already concluded with the union for our industry (IG BCE) in the early 1990s and has been adjusted to our day-to-day work conditions.
