40 % of the company shares are owned by VNG Gasspeicher GmbH in Leipzig, Germany. VNG Gasspeicher GmbH operates storage facilities at four locations in the east and west of Germany. VNG Gasspeicher GmbH markets 2.4 billion cubic metres of storage capacity throughout Europe.
